With the introduction of hand-held technology, which is utilised by our installation teams on a daily basis we are now able to offer our clients a real time reporting solution, ensuring that all of our clients are kept well-informed of the exact project status of their Point of Purchase campaign.
The hand-held terminals now include a built-in camera to provide our clients with fast accurate information backed up by digital photography. In conjunction with a bespoke IT program the hand-held terminals are a proven data transmitting solution enabling CJS to provide our clients with valuable real time information such as job status, installation sign-off and the items that have been installed etc.
Additionally our clients can now have the ability to access this information 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our universal web portal. A bespoke CJS IT tracking system allows our clients to login from anywhere, on any PC that has Internet access and view the status of their rollout, individual job status, signatures and of course digital photographs. The system has added features such as a secure password login, various status reports and stock control reports.
One of the main benefits that all of our clients have found is the ability to use the information generated to identify trends, which allows them to make much more informed business decisions to help them increase their market share. In addition, our bespoke database provides an additional reporting solution, including retention analysis survey, asset tracking and in-store compliance measurement, ensuring our clients are in total control of the whole installation process and in-store campaign
